Difference between Talk, Speak and to Communicate

    n speaking means to convey our idea to other it is like one way communication,
    while communicate is to discuss our ideas,thoughts,imotions,etc....

  2. Speak may or may not have any objective while talk do not have any definite purpose or objective and to communicate is always done with a definite purpose or objective. ..

  3. Speaking indicates that focus is only on the one person..
    Talking indicates when the focus is on two or more person while others are receiver..
    And to communicate indicates that focus is only on one person who is a leader or communicator while others are only receiver who understand the same..

  4. Talk is normaly in informal way without objective..
    Speak is in formal way with objective..
    Communicate is in both formal and informal way between two or more ppl..its lyk sharing ideas,thoughts,emotions and all with others........

  5. Speak- formal or informal, with or without an objective.
    Communicate- with a purpose/objective, that may be formal or informal.
    Talk- in case of noun it has to be purposeful and in case of verb it may not be purposeful.

  6. speaking is singular means one way communication for exchange in more formal situation..like the politicians speaking in their speeches.

    In talking information is given without the need of response to many people.like a get together meeting

    Where communication can be verbal or non verbal passing of information which requires response. like a baby's cry..

  7. According to me talk is to jst pass on the views widout xpecting any views in return and speak means to hav talk between two or more people while communications indicates dat the msg sent by sender is reached to receiver in a proper manner he understands d msg and in return rplys fr d same...

  8. I think that speaking and talking have the same meaning , but speaking is more formal; whereas, talking is more casual.
    and communication means the process by which the information is transmitted...
